Why have I been asked to confirm my card payment when checking out or adding a new card?

We prioritise the security of your transactions. As part of our Morrisons Groceries app upgrade, we've implemented additional 3DS (3D Secure) security checks for your protection.

What is 3DS?
3DS is an extra layer of security used by many banks to verify your identity during online card transactions and help prevent unauthorised card use.

How does it work?
Once you reach checkout or add a new card, you'll be redirected to your bank's secure platform for verification. This might involve:

Verifying through your banking app: This is often the most convenient option.
Receiving a one-time passcode (OTP) via text message: Enter the code on the Morrisons website to complete the process.

What to do next:
Follow the instructions on the screen to complete your verification through your bank. Once confirmed, you'll be redirected back to Morrisons to finalise your order or card addition.

We appreciate your understanding as we prioritise your online shopping security.

Can I continue to use my More Card on the new website?

Why do I see duplicate cards in my Morrisons Groceries wallet?

We understand you might be seeing the same card details listed multiple times in your wallet. During our recent website and app upgrade, we prioritised ensuring no payment information was lost. As a precaution, we kept all card details on file.

The good news is that you can safely delete the duplicate card details. Only keep the card information you want to use for future purchases.

Here's how to remove duplicates:

  1. Access your Morrisons Groceries wallet.
  2. Identify the duplicate card entries.
  3. Select and remove the unwanted duplicates following the in-app instructions.

If you have any questions or concerns, please fill out the enquiry form below. One of our colleagues will be more than happy to help.

I have been told I may need to shop across both websites and apps temporarily. How do I do this?

One of your delivery addresses has transitioned to the new website, while the other(s) will be migrated in the coming weeks.

You can still place orders for both addresses during the upgrade.

  1. While we update our website and migrate your addresses, the easiest way to order is through both the green and white Morrisons Groceries app.
  2. Delivery slots for one or more of your addresses will show as available in one app, while your other addresses will show in the other app.
  3. You can log in to each app using the same details.
  4. All your favourite items and payment details will be saved on both apps.

Alternatively, if you prefer to shop through our website, we have put together a short helpful guide explaining the easiest way to navigate between our sites.

Click here for a guide to navigate our two websites.

We'll be back in touch once all of your addresses are migrated to our new website and app.

If you have any questions or concerns, please fill out the enquiry form below. One of our colleagues will be more than happy to help.

Why has a voucher been added to my order?

We have upgraded the Morrisons Grocery website and transitioned to a single Morrisons Groceries app, so some promotions have been refreshed, which may have caused a slight difference in your order total. We have added a voucher to your order to ensure you are charged the original amount of your order and no more.

I can't find the receipt for my order?

Your receipt will be emailed to you after your order is delivered or collected.

You can also access it as a PDF in your Groceries account by going to My Account > My Orders > selecting your order, and clicking the link to the PDF receipt.
