Product Availability and Pricing

A product is available in store but I can not find it online

We are working hard to increase the availability of products on the website and occasionally we are not able to provide some products which you might find in store.

A product I want is showing as out of stock

We work hard to minimise these occurrences, occasionally however we will show items as out of stock where we believe the product not being available when we fulfill your order. In this event we will suggest alternatives for you.

I have been charged full price for a promotional offer

Please be aware that all online promotion prices that you see on our grocery website, at the time you check out, is the price you will pay. If you edit your order between a promotion end date and delivery date (which will require you to checkout again), you will continue to pay the promotional price, unless the promotional item is removed and added back into your basket which means you will lose the promotional offer and be charged the price shown on the website at the time you re add the product.

Please check that you have purchased all eligible items to qualify for the promotion.

Why is there a price difference between instore and online?

Majority of our online prices match our in store prices. Some promotions do vary, and the price shown at checkout is the price you will be charged.

Why has the price changed from order to when the products were delivered?

If an item was not in stock we may have substituted this with a similar product. As we do not price match, you may have been charged more or less for this product.

Additionally, products that show typical price are sold individually by weight (such as certain fresh meat, poultry, fish, cheese, fruit or vegetables) we will show you the price of the item per kilogram on the website (or another unit of measurement). We will weigh the individual item when we pick it for your order, calculate the price for that item based on its actual weight and the price per kilogram in force at the time of picking, and charge you that price.

We'd advise you to check your 'order is on it's way' email to check the cost of these items and if you do not wish to keep them, please advise the colleague at delivery/collection and they will remove them from your order and deduct them from your final payment.

How do I find groceries suitable for special diets?

The majority of our products have 'back of pack' information, which will give you a little more detail about a particular product. This can be found by clicking on the product and scrolling down.

After searching for a product, you can filter for certain dietary or lifestyle requirements such as "Vegan" or "Gluten Free".

Why is a 'typical price' given for some items?

Products that show typical price are sold individually by weight (such as certain fresh meat, poultry, fish, cheese, fruit or vegetables) we will show you the price of the item per kilogram on the website (or another unit of measurement).

We will weigh the individual item when we pick it for your order, calculate the price for that item based on its actual weight and the price per kilogram in force at the time of picking, and charge you that price.

Morrisons Scottish Alcohol Pricing (MUP Scotland)

Usually we offer the same promotions online and in store. However, following new legislation in May 2018, it is no longer legal for Morrisons or any other retailer to sell alcohol below the minimum unit price. There are also certain promotions that we cannot run in Scotland because the law is different. This means that our Scottish customers may see some prices and offers that differ from the ones shown online. If you browse our site without logging in you will always see prices and promotions that apply in England and Wales. To view Scottish prices and promotions, log in to our website with a Scottish postcode and Scottish only prices and promotions will be displayed. Alternatively you can check in store.
