Weekly Spend Collector Promotion

What are Spend Collectors

Throughout the year we will invite customers to take part in our Collectors, we generally run these collectors at Christmas, Easter, Autumn & Summer. Customers will be invited to take part on the App if they are a digital customer and our Coupon customers will receive a coupon at the till to invite them to take part.

Customers who are part of the collector will be asked to spend a certain amount for a set number of weeks to receive a bonus amount once the required weekly spends have been met.

How does the Weekly Spend Collector work?

If you are invited to take part in one of the seasonal collector's you need to click the ‘Activate Now’ button by the date specified on your app, if you are a coupon customer just scan your activate coupon by the date specified. You will then need to spend the required amount in 4 out of the specified 5 weeks to qualify for your More Points bonus.

Why am I not part of the promotion?

These types of offers are targeted offers so don't worry if you've not received our a Collector this time. You can still benefit from all of our More Points offers and More Card Exclusives discounts in store and online, and will continue to receive personalised offers relevant to you. Keep your eyes peeled, and keep scanning your Morrisons More Card so that future promotions can be tailored to you and your shopping habits.

Why do I have to click the ‘Activate Now’ button?

You must click the ‘Activate Now’ button or Scan the Activation Coupon in the first two weeks of the scheme to let us know that you want to participate in the scheme, so we can calculate your weekly spends and send you regular email communications on how you are getting on in the scheme.

I didn't click ‘Activate Now’ until Week 2 will my Week 1 shops still count?

Yes, as long as you have used your Morrisons More card every time you shopped and spent the correct amount it will still count. You must activate within the first two weeks of the scheme. The deadline for activating will be specified in your App.

How will I know which weeks I need to spend to earn the bonus

All dates will be clearly communicated and shown within the collector screen on your app, if you are a coupon collector customer each coupon will clearly detail the dates of the relevant weeks.

What happens if I forgot to scan Morrisons More More Card?

You must use your Morrisons More card when you shop, either at the till or have your Morrisons More Card linked to your online account for the spend to count. We are unable to add any spends retrospectively.

(Online / Click & Collect Spends will show 72 hours after the delivery / collection of your order).

Can I split my spend over several smaller shops rather than in just one transaction?

Yes, you can shop as little and as often as you like within a week to build up your total, this includes any shops you do both in store and online as long as you scan your Morrisons More card with each transaction.

For example your target spend for Week 1 may be £60, you shop in store on Monday and spend £33, Tuesday spend £5 and Friday spend £27 – your total for the week would be: £65, meaning you have hit your Week 1 spend of £60.

I shop both in store and online - will my weekly total include both?

Yes, as long as you scan your Morrisons More card when shopping in store and have your Morrisons More card linked to your online account we will combine your total spend at Morrisons for the week. Online spend will only qualify in the week that you receive a delivery. Your Online spend will appear on your app up to 72 hours after you have received your delivery.

I have completed by required spend but it is not showing in my App

If you have shopped online your spend will be added to your collector 72 hours after you have taken delivery of your order. In Store shops should show on your collector within a few hours of the transaction.

If your spend is still not showing after the stated timeframe please complete the enquiry form and one of our customer services team will look into this for you.

The weekly spend which is showing on my Receipt or App is different to the total spend on my receipt

Your Weekly Spend will be the total spend after any exclusions purchased are deducted.

Total spend excludes;
Fuel, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products, prescription medicines, and pharmacy services, infant milk and formula, gift vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, digital saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, dry cleaning, and vending machines. Excludes Morrisons Daily and delivery charges.

When do I receive my Collector Bonus Points?

When you have completed 4 out of 5 weeks and activated the campaign you will qualify for the Collector bonus. The More Points bonus will be added to your ‘More Points’ balance within 72 hours of completing the Collector. Once you have over 5000 More Points in your account you can generate a Fiver.

You will have 3 months to redeem your £5 More Card voucher once generated. Terms and conditions will apply.

If you have not received your Bonus Points by the end of the collector and have completed all required spends please complete the enquiry form and one of our customer services team will look into this for you.

How will I receive my More Points Bonus?

Your bonus will be awarded as More Points to your More Points balance within 72 hours of qualifying. Your More Points balance can be found in the 'Fivers' section of the Morrisons More App or website. Once your bonus points are added you can choose to convert these to fivers if you are a digital customer, if you are a coupon customer your points will automatically convert to a printed voucher in accruals of £5.

Can I change how I want to receive my Bonus?

You will be awarded your bonus in More Points. Once your More Points bonus has been added to your More Points balance you can choose how you would like to use your points.

You need to convert your 5000 More Points to a £5 More Card voucher, which you can choose to either load to card to use in store or request an e-code to use online. Once you make your selection you cannot change your mind.

Does my Bonus expire?

Once you convert your 5000 More Points to a £5 More Card voucher (either load to card to redeem in store or via an e-code to redeem online) you have 3 months to redeem your voucher. The expiry date will be visible within the More App or website within the 'Fivers' section.

Great news! You can track your progress on the Morrisons More App and Website if you are an App Customer. Please ensure you log in with the same details as your usual Morrisons account. You can download our Morrisons More App via the Google Play or Apple App Stores.
