How do I receive promotions?

We have lots or exciting promotions we implement through the Morrisons More card so we can give customers that little extra for their loyalty. These can be campaigns of coupons or emails, that print in store, are emailed, sent to your home address or you activate through your Morrisons More app. It is purely up to you if you would like to take part in these.

When you complete your initial registration, when popping in your details you will be asked if you would like to 'Receive personalised offers, Money off Coupons and updates from all our Services.' If this box was selected you're already opted in to marketing. If not, please follow the two ways below and you will start receiving Customised offers.

To Amend your Marketing Preferences through your Morrisons More account on our website:

  1. Login to your Morrisons More Account here:
  2. Click on 'My Account'
  3. Click on 'Manage My Preferences'
  4. Click on 'Marketing Preferences'
  5. You will be asked for your Morrisons More Account Login details again, pop these in, tick the i'm not a robot box and press Log in.
  6. You will now see the types of Marketing you can opt in for, these include Email, Research (Taking part in Surveys and services & be first to try new products) Post and Coupons at the Till. Select which ones you would like and press 'Click to Save your Preferences.'
  7. Your preferences are now saved and once opted in we can look at the type of promotions that are right for your card behaviour and send these to you.

How do the promotions work?

Our fantastic Morrisons More scheme will offer our customers great offers & promotions from Morrisons based on what you buy. These offers will be money-off which you can redeem instantly. You will also have the chance to win great prizes and support local communities. To take part in these great offers you need to activate your promotions on the app or online account and when you next shop just scan your card.

How do I activate promotions?

Its really easy to activate your promotions - log into the More App or website, head to the 'My Offers' or 'Points & Prices' sections of the app and click activate. When you next shop you just scan your card to receive the promotions.

To take part in our great Morrisons More offers, you need to activate your promotions. You can activate promotions on the app and via your online account. When you next shop just scan your card to use.

Why don't I receive any promotions?

Please check your marketing preferences are up to date. Simply log in to your Morrisons More account either on the website, here, or on the Morrisons More app. Head to your account section, and select 'manage my preferences'. Here you can select what marketing you want to opt in to. This includes email communications, research (i.e. taking part in surveys), and post. Select which you would like to receive, and tap 'save preferences'.

For some campaigns, in order to measure the impact of it for customers & Morrisons we cannot always include everybody in the campaign. Please be reassured that if you are not in one campaign, there will be plenty of other opportunities and offers available to take part in.
