How do I change the email address my account is registered with?
You can change your email address on our groceries website. You can't currently change your email address via the Morrisons More app.
Simply click on the 'Groceries' tab on our Morrisons More website or visit the site directly (https://groceries.store.morrisons.com/) and use the following steps to change your email address.
- Click on 'My account'
- Click on 'Account settings'
- Scroll down and select 'Change login details'
You will be prompted to enter a one time verification code, which will be sent to your current email address. This is to keep your account secure. Enter the code and click 'confirm'.
If you don't receive the code, check your spam folder on your emails. You will then be asked to enter your old email address, current password and your new email address.
Click on 'Change email', and your account details will be updated.
