How do I earn More Points?

You will be able to earn 5 More Points on every product* when you shop in store, at selected Morrisons Daily Stores, online and at groceries on Amazon. You'll also be able to earn promotional More Points on selected products. Keep an eye out in store, online and on the Morrisons More app or website for the latest offers and to see how you can build up your points balance. You will also be able to earn 5 points for every litre of fuel purchased in our petrol filling stations. Remember to scan your More Card or app at checkout to earn your points.

It may take up to 72 hours for points from an online delivery or collection for your points to apply.

*Exclusions apply: Points will not be awarded on fuel, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products (including vapes), prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, carrier bags, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, online delivery charges, Dry Cleaning, and vending machines. Not available on Morrisons.com or Amazon Groceries, Morrisons Petrol Filling Stations or Morrisons Daily (MFG Sites).

Do my points expire?

More Points will expire 12 months after they have been earnt, if they have not yet been converted into £5 vouchers (Fivers).

If your Morrisons More card has not been swiped in store or used online for more than 52 weeks, all More Points will be removed from the account.

Where can I view my Points Balance?

You can view your More Points balance on the Morrisons More app, website, or on the bottom of your receipts printed in store or at the kiosk at our petrol filling station. Please note, unfortunately receipts printed at petrol filling station pay at pumps will not include your points balance.

If you shop online with us, you can also find your balance on the top right corner of the Morrisons.com website once you've logged in.

I use the app or website, how do I convert More Points into a Fiver?

If you are a Morrisons More app user, you will need to convert your Points into a Fiver before you can use it.

Click the Fivers tab in the middle of the navigation bar at the bottom of your app. Use the toggle to choose the number of More Points you'd like to redeem (these are in £5 increments).

Press the 'Convert More Points to Fivers' button.

Choose whether you'd like to redeem the voucher in store or online and press confirm.

This will trigger a one time passcode to the email address your Morrisons More account is linked to - once you recieve the email, please enter the code into the app.

Your code will be verified, points deducted from your total and your Fiver will be created.

If you choose to redeem in store - you'll see the voucher on your home screen of the app & on the Fivers section. The next time you shop & scan your More Card in store, your Fiver will automatically be deducted from your total.

If you choose to redeem online - you'll see the ecode on your home screen of the app & on the Fivers section. You will also receive an e-code via email. Please enter the e-code at the checkout & the voucher will deduct from your total.

How do I redeem my digital Fiver?

Once you've followed the instructions on how to convert your More Points into a Fiver, your Fiver will be ready to use.

If you choose to redeem in store - you'll see the voucher on your home screen of the app & on the Fivers section. The next time you shop & scan your More Card in store, your Fiver will automatically be deducted from your total.

If you choose to redeem online - you'll see the ecode (example VOUXXXXXX) on your home screen of the app & on the Fivers section. You will also receive an e-code via email. Please enter the e-code at the checkout & the voucher will deduct from your total.

I haven't received my e-voucher to my email address

Your e-code will be available to view in the 'Fivers' section of the Morrisons More app, as well as being emailed to you.

If you haven't received the email, please check your spam folder and check that your email address is correct in the account section of the app.

I don't use the app or website, how do I convert More Points into a Fiver?

Once you reach 5,000 More Points, your £5 voucher will automatically print out at the till following a shop.

Please note, once you reach 5,000 points, it can take up to 72 hours before your £5 voucher is ready to print. For example if you reach 5,000 More Points on a shop on a Monday, your £5 voucher might not print off until a shop on the following Thursday.

How do I redeem my physical Fiver?

To redeem a physical Fiver (£5 voucher) in store, please present the £5 voucher at the point of payment for a transaction, along with your More Card. At a manned checkout, simply hand to the colleague and they will process it. If using a self checkout, simply follow the instructions on screen or ask one of our colleagues to help.

My Fiver printed off at till but I forgot to pick it up

If you believe your Fiver has printed at the till but you forgot to pick it up, or you lose your Fiver, please contact our customer services team by calling us on 0345 611 6111. We will cancel the voucher you left behind, and add the points back onto your account.

Note

If you do then find your missing Fiver, it will not work as it will have been cancelled.

My Fiver didn't print off at the till when I reached 5,000 points

Once you earn 5,000 More Points, it can take up to 72 hours before your £5 voucher is ready to print. For example if you reach 5,000 More Points on a shop on a Monday, your £5 voucher might not print off until a shop on the following Thursday. Your Fiver will be valid for 12 months from the day it is printed.

If you have still not received your Fiver after 72 hours has passed, please speak to the customer service team in store, or call us on 0345 611 6111.

My Fivers print off at till but I want to convert them myself in the app to control when I can spend them.

If you would prefer to be able to save up your points & convert them to Fivers whenever you would like, simply download the Morrisons More app and enter your current More Card number to link your accounts.

If you already have the app, but your Fivers are still printing at the till, please contact our customer service team by calling us on 0345 611 6111 and they will be able to update your preferences for you.

How do I see what products I've earnt More Points on and when I've spent my Fivers?

In the Morrisons More app, you can see your More Points history. Tap on the 'Fivers' tab along the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen then select 'More Points history'.

Here you can see what you have earnt points on, when you have converted points to Fivers, and when you redeemed your Fivers and in what store or online.

Do my Fivers expire?

Physical Fivers are valid for 12 months from the date it was printed.

Digital load to card Fivers are valid for 3 months. Please note once you've converted a digital Fiver, it will deduct automatically from your next qualifying shop.

Online ecode Fiver voucher codes are valid for 3 months.

What can I spend my Fivers on?

Fivers can be spent in store at Morrisons supermarkets and online at Morrisons.com.

They cannot be used on fuel, cash back, fireworks, lottery, online games and instant tickets, tobacco, tobacco-related products (including vapes), prescription medicines and pharmacy services, infant milk or formula, gift vouchers, gift cards, mobile phone cards, mobile phone vouchers, E top-ups, bonus stamps, postage stamps, saver stamps, photo processing, car park tickets, online delivery charges, Morrisons Café, Market Kitchen, Morrisons Daily, Dry Cleaning, and vending machines.

I've converted my Fiver, but I want to change my redemption method.

For example: I requested an online e-code, but now I want to redeem my Fiver in store.

Please contact our Customer Service team and they can cancel your online voucher and re issue your More Points. You will then be able to re convert your voucher to redeem in store. Please select the 'Load to Card' preference to use in store.

I reached 5,000 More Points and then they disappeared from my acount balance. I didn't request this, how do I fix this?

It sounds like your preferences are set to print your Fivers in store at the till. They should print out in store 72 hours after you've reached 5,000 More Points. If you do not want your Fivers to be printed in store, please contact our Customer Services team who can help you to change your preferences.

There was a technical issue at the till when I shopped which meant I didn't recieve any More Card Points on products. How can I get the More Points I was entitled to?

If our tills are impacted by a technical network issue, continue to check out as usual. We will automatically identify where you have missed out on your More Card Points and we'll retrospectively apply them to your account within 72 hours of your transaction.
