If you forget to scan your Morrisons More Card you can add your More Card Stamps to your account by taking your receipt and More Card to the customer service desk.

If you forget to scan your Morrisons More Card in the same transaction you are wanting to redeem a free Pyrex item you will need to visit the Customer Service desk to get the product refunded and then re-purchase the product ensuring in this transaction you scan your More Card too. You will need to show your receipt and More Card.

Vacuum Storage Boxes:

• Can go in the oven up to 220 degrees without lid
• Can take a thermal shock of 240 degrees
• Suitable to use in the fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and dishwasher
• Cannot be used on direct heat source (i.e. stove top)

Vacuum Storage Lids:

• Suitable to use in the fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher
• Silicone parts can be taken out for cleaning
• Cannot be used on direct heat source (i.e. stove top) nor oven

Manual Vacuum Pump: 

• Clean with a damp cloth
• Cannot be put in the microwave, on direct heat source (stove top), or oven
• Cannot go in the dishwasher

Yes. The Prex products have a 10-year warranty. The 10-year warranty guarantees baking dish/ storage box against manufacturing defects by International Cookware. Staining, deformation, and discoloration of the plastic lids are excluded from the guarantee (as well as the pump). Furthermore, this guarantee does not cover damage caused by mechanical shock, improper use, or professional use. Products with nicks, chips, or those heated on a cooktop may be weakened and are no longer covered under the warranty.
