We always try our best to stock all your favourite products, but everything we sell is subject to availability. Our ranges can vary depending on store size and location, and some products may only be available to order on our Grocery website.

From time to time, there will be limits to the amount of one item you can buy.

As a responsible retailer, we always have purchase limits on certain medicines.

For all other items, we will only do this if necessary. Limits will be clearly visible when you pick up your product or view it online. Customers will be unable to scan more than the item limit when they reach the till.

If any of our products fall below the high standard you’d expect, please bring them back to store within 30 days, together with your receipt, and we’ll happily refund or exchange the item.
