Is there a charge for parking in your car park?

We offer free parking at the majority of our stores, but time is limited for a maximum duration. This can differ depending on where the store is located, please see signs in the car parks for more information or speak to the staff in store who will be more than happy to help.

Will I be fined if I stay over the allowed time?

Yes. If there is a charge for parking at your local store and you go over the allocated time, you will receive a parking charge notice. 

The cost and time to pay can vary depending on who the charge has come from.

I have received a parking charge for parking in your car park.

If you have received a parking charge notice that you are disputing please fill out the form below. Please be advised we will require the details on the notice and the receipt for your visit to the store for us to be able to look into this.

Do you provide Disabled or Mother & Toddler parking in your car parks?

Yes. At least 5% of car parking spaces are dedicated to blue badge holders. The spaces are easily recognisable, painted blue with the yellow wheelchair symbol featured prominently in the middle.

Those customers requiring more time can visit our customer service desks and provide their registration to our colleagues who will exempt you from the system for the duration of your shopping trip

We also provide Parent & toddler parking which are signposted and located close to the store entrance.
