How can I get a replacement part, or the instruction manual, for my Nutmeg garden furniture or barbecue, if it's missing or damaged?
Please note: Replacement parts for products other than Nutmeg brand - such as Keter or La Hacienda - are not available via this service. For enquiries about such items, please contact Morrisons Customer Services.
If a Nutmeg self-assembly garden furniture or barbecue product has a part missing, damaged or in some other way unsatisfactory at the time you buy it, we will aim to resolve the problem so you can enjoy your purchase and avoid the cumbersome exercise of returning it to store. You can also download the assembly/user instructions. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
To provide this service, we need to pass your details to those third parties who use it to arrange delivery direct to your home address – the information will be used for no other purpose.
We are unable to provide parts which are not intended as components for self-assembly, for older products which are not part of our range for the 2024 season, or due to product wear and tear. In some cases it may be impracticable to provide larger or multiple parts, but in all cases your request will be acknowledged and you will be advised how we can best help you.
