Can I still order my Food to Order in store?

Food to Order lines can no longer be ordered in store. However, please visit the customer service desk for any assistance in setting up your Online account.

If you are unable to order online, you can use our phone service, 0345 611 6111 and select option five.

How has the payment process changed for Food to Order?

As Food to Order is now available on Morrisons Groceries, our payment process has changed.

You will no longer be required to pay a deposit, and then the balance at collection.

When placing a Morrisons Groceries order you input your card details when checking out, and payment is taken at collection/delivery of your order.

What is Morrisons Food to Order?

Morrisons Food To Order is designed to help you cater for special occasions and gatherings with a delicious range of food, perfect for every Party, Picnic, and Business Meeting.

We've handpicked a range of seasonal food and drink products - available to order online, within your Groceries Shop. Our food makers will then prepare your order, ready for you to pick up at Store through Click & Collect or be delivered to your home via our Home Delivery service at a time that suits you. We also offer party accessories for those finishing touches on Birthdays, Anniversaries, Christmas, New Year and more.

How does Morrisons Food To Order work?

To shop Food to Order head over to the website and click onto the Food to Order Shop.

You can browse the Food to Order range on this page, keep an eye on the icons informing you of the preparation time for products.

You can select a slot for Click & Collect before or after adding items to your basket, just be sure to remember the preparation time required for your items.

Once you are ready to checkout, complete your order by clicking on your basket, inputting your details, and payment method.

You will recieve an email confirmation, which will tell you when you are able to amend your order until.

Note

You will not be able to add anymore products requiring preparation time, if within the preparation window.

How is the Food Presented?

Our freshly made Food to Order products such as platters and cakes will be displayed in presentable recyclable trays so even if you don't have time to set the table, we have got you covered.

Some of our canapes and finger foods will be in sealed packaging, similar to in-store with a full list of instructions on how to reheat the product if desired.

All foods labelled as 'Ready to cook' will be presented in pre-packed recyclable wrappers or trays including cooking and storage information so the product is as tasty and fresh as possible for you.

Why am I not able to order some products for a chosen date?

Our products will clearly show the minimum days we need to prepare the item.

Please select a slot greater than this preparation time when ordering otherwise the product will show as out of stock.
