Can I add or remove items from my order after I have placed my order?

Of course, log in to your account on Morrisons.com and go to 'My orders' where you can edit your order. Remeber to checkout again after making any changes to your order. 

Note

You will not be able to add any products requiring preparation time if you edit your order within this window.

There is a problem with an item in my Food to Order collection

If your order was collected in the last week, you must request a refund via the groceries website by following the instructions below:

  • Choose the correct order and follow the instructions to complete the refund request.

Can use a voucher code for my Food to Order?

Yes, vouchers for your Online Grocery shop will work as normal with Food to Order items.

Do I need carrier bags when collecting Food to Order from a store?

Yes, orders will no longer come in boxes so please bring your own carrier bags.
